Where taya365pro identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all such Accounts may be closed and any Balances within them forfeited without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. taya365pro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify taya365pro support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
taya365pro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by taya365pro may result in restriction of withdrawal access until verification is satisfactorily completed.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or transaction is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. taya365pro reserves the right to charge an inactivity administration fee of ₱100 per calendar month on dormant Accounts, deducted from the Account Balance. Players will be notified prior to the commencement of inactivity fees and may reactivate their Account by logging in at any time.
You may request closure of your taya365pro Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no terms violations are under investigation.
taya365pro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and UnionBank Online Banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. taya365pro reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the cashier page within your taya365pro Account. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1 to 4 business hours. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance or where additional verification is required. taya365pro does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. taya365pro will not process withdrawals where fraud, collusion, or terms violations are suspected. The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation and to forfeit funds where a breach of these Terms is established.
Account Balances and Bonus Funds do not constitute negotiable instruments and have no cash or exchange value outside of the taya365pro Platform. You may not transfer, sell, exchange, or assign your Balance or any portion of it to any third party.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by taya365pro are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, and time limits specified at the time the offer is made. Where no specific terms are communicated, the standard taya365pro bonus terms apply.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Only eligible Games contribute to wagering requirements — contribution percentages vary by game category and are listed in the promotion details.
taya365pro strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play; using automated tools to claim or wager bonuses; or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms. taya365pro reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate related winnings where abuse is identified.
taya365pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has claimed it but before completion of wagering requirements, the uncompleted Bonus Funds may be removed from the Player's Account. Any real-money Balance accrued from legitimate play prior to withdrawal of the promotion is not affected.
All Game outcomes on taya365pro are final once a round is completed and the result is confirmed. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games or by verified live equipment for live dealer games. taya365pro does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of technical errors but will take reasonable steps to resolve disputes arising from verifiable system malfunctions.
Sports betting markets on taya365pro are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. Odds are quoted in decimal format. In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to market suspension at any time prior to the commencement of the relevant event phase. taya365pro reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subject to match manipulation, cancellation, or postponement beyond a specified threshold.
If a Player's internet connection is interrupted during a Game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the Platform's servers, which are the definitive record of all Game activity. taya365pro is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity failures on the Player's side. In the event of a Platform-side failure that prevents the completion of a round, the relevant wager will be voided and returned to the Player's Balance.
taya365pro may impose maximum single-round or daily winning caps on specific Games or markets. Where applicable, these caps are stated in the relevant Game or market rules. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be reduced to the applicable cap amount.

Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.
taya365pro collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
taya365pro will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or in connection with regulatory compliance obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of PAGCOR regulations, the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
In the event of a dispute between you and taya365pro arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through taya365pro's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of formal notification, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction.
taya365pro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, taya365pro will notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
